Please call our UK based customer service team on 0845 603 3551 if you wish to amend or cancel a policy, or stop your policy renewing automatically. We are unable to make changes to your policy via email.

Please use our online form to request a replacement Motor Insurance Certificate or proof of your No Claims Discount if you have misplaced, or did not receive the originals.

When sending an email, the information you provide is not sent securely and we are unable to call you back. In order for us to process your request quickly please ensure you include your policy number, full name and address, date of birth and make and model of the vehicle on cover.

Calls to 0845 numbers are charged at up to 3.95p per minute from a BT landline.

Calls to 0800 numbers are free of charge from a BT landline. Call costs from other networks may vary. Calls may be recorded.
